“My necklace that I never take off needed repair asap - and I didn't want it repaired at a store where they ship their repairs out (I didn't want to risk the necklace being lost). A neighbor told me about Aztec, and I also checked their reviews online. I stopped into Aztec to see if they could repair the necklace quickly - I also had a few other pieces that needed attention. I was also traveling out of the country in 2 days and wanted the necklace back before I left. I was relieved to hear that the necklace could be fixed in time, but my other pieces wouldn't be ready until the following week (not a problem). To my surprise and delight, I received a call the next day from Aztec explaining everything was ready! The entire staff was very pleasant and professional, the repairs that were done were excellent and done onsite. In my opinion the repairs were a fair price, and at a rate that was in-line with what you would expect for excellent work. Thank you Aztec - I highly recommend your store and services.”
